Overview

The fight against illegal immigration, human trafficking, smuggling and terrorist threats leave a heavy burden on the immigration and border authorities in order to ensure a safe and secure area within a country. Nowadays most Operations Centres receive vast amounts of data from many different systems and sources such as a multitude of land, sea, undersea, underground, air and space sensors such as radar, E/O, perimeter protection, active and passive sonars, seismic, acoustic, SIGINT etc from manned as well as unmanned platforms.

Our geospatial Command and Control solutions with capability of processing both spatial and non-spatial data along with their geo-processing and advanced 3D visualization and mapping capabilities, advanced sensor fusion and synthesis technologies, big data analytics and real-time situation awareness capabilities, are addressing the needs of security Agencies to generate and share a common situational picture at all levels of coordination, simulate future missions, present tactical ways to approach and execute missions and analyze data before, during and after an operation.

Based on a highly modular and reconfigurable S/W platform and a reliable, distributed Event Driven architecture, our products are especially suited for operations of National, Regional and Local Coordination Centres, following EUROSUR guidelines as they provide all the tools and subsystems for comprehensive surveillance, coordination, incident control and dispatching for border authorities in a Unified Graphical Interface.

Key benefits

  • Single COP - One common operational picture between all levels of an organization and between all organizations
  • Access to real time analysis - fast and easy creation of ad hoc views on new emerging situations
  • Real time decision making at all levels of hierarchy ? change from after-incident analysis to real time decision making during the incident
  • Unlock new insights - remove constrains for analyzing large data volumes
  • On the move - Ability to sense, predict and act in real time from anywhere supporting access through most common devices (tablets and smart phones)
  • Advanced data fusion capabilities for target identification and abnormal vessel behaviour detection
  • Improve response performance - Institutional autonomy of mission partners and collaboration and information exchange to enable time sensitive decision making
  • Represent theatre of operation uncertainty. For example, certain data fusion procedures might be unable to unambiguously classify the identity of an entity
  • Support 3D real time situational awareness with monitoring through mobile technology
  • Visualise potential hostile and friendly courses of actions and neutral activity
  • Interface with surveillance sensors and legacy systems in the field including payloads of autonomous platforms, support real time data fusion and visualization of raw and synthetic information
  • Capability to assess and dynamically visualize earth observation imagery and other remote sensing products as soon as they become available
  • Present a comprehensive and timely view of the environment. This includes displaying extremely large, high-resolution terrain maps and extremely large numbers of moving entities
  • Support advanced visualization techniques that enable more realistic depiction of fixed or moving E/O sensors such as real-time video on terrain (projection of real time geo-coded video on the 3D terrain)
  • Provide a dynamic range of resolution sufficient to track units ranging from aircraft carriers to individuals
  • Supports international standards and protocols
  • Prioritise events and issue alarms
  • Support multi-user and multi-agency collaboration
